Terms & Conditions


Offer only valid for summer camp session registrations at Girl Scouts of Northern California’s three council-run camps: Camp Bothin, Camp Sugar Pine, and Camp Skylark Ranch. Campers will receive an infinity bandana (afterward referred to as free gift) when they were register for a 2019 council-run camp session between 5/1/2019 at 12:00 AM and 5/31/2019 at 11:59 PM. Limit one free gift per person per session. Appearance of actual gift may vary due to manufacturing differences. Registered campers will receive their free gift during the first day of their camp session. Offer ends on 5/31/2019 at 11:59 PM, or when maximum of 348 registrations is reached. Terms and conditions subject to change at the discretion of Girl Scouts of Northern California.


All camp sessions are subject to cancellation or rescheduling by Girl Scouts Northern California. If a session is canceled by GSNorCal, and the camper is unable to attend an alternate session, all fees will be refunded, including any deposit made. If a program is canceled, you will be notified by email or phone.

You may cancel your camp session orders up to 30 days prior to the session for a refund, minus the non-refundable deposit ($150 for all-girl programs and $50/person for family or troop camp programs). Refunds will be issued in the same form as they were paid (i.e. check, cash, credit card, Rewards Cards). Camp orders canceled within the 30 days prior to the session will receive no refund.

Purchasing a membership allows you the opportunity to choose how to participate in Girl Scouting. Paying for membership does not guarantee immediate placement in a Girl Scout troop. Registration is nonrefundable.


I acknowledge that I have received and read a copy of GSNorCal’s Volunteer Management Policies and agree to abide by the policies, including my agreement to follow safety guidelines and refrain from the use of alcohol or any controlled substances while participating in Girl Scout activities where girls are present or smoking in the presence of girls. I understand that violation of any of the policies may result in termination of my volunteer services. I also understand that if at any time there is a fact or circumstance involving me or my background that would call into question my being entrusted with the supervision, guidance and care of young people, including living with a registered sex offender, I have a duty to self-disclose this information to Girl Scouts of Northern California at
